Ex-militants warn Patience Jonathan to stay away from Bayelsa

Yenogoa - Youths suspected to be ex- militants from the creeks of Bayelsa State on Tuesday warned Dame Patience,

wife of President Goodluck Jonathan, against accompanying her husband to the presidential rally of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), scheduled to hold in the state on February 5, reports Punch.

The youths under the aegis of the Mangrove Boys of Bayelsa (MBB), asked the First Lady to steer clear of the rally in her own interest.

They accuse Patience Jonathan of planning to use the rally to embarrass the state governor Seriake Dickson.

The ex-militants listed eight sins of Patience noted that the peace currently enjoyed in the state came from the hard work of the governor,

The warning followed a similar one by a group which called itself, Bayelsa Youth Vanguard, BYV, barring the First Lady from attending the proposed rally
