Obasanjo blasts Jonathan again

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has once again criticised the President Goodluck Jonathan’s administration for its poor handling of the Boko Haram’s insurgency

Obansanjo said that the Jonathan’s government would have used a proactive approach to wipe out the group at the very beginning before it became strong,

Obasanjo spoke in Abuja at the launch of the autobiography of a former President of the Court of Appeal and pioneer Chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), retired Justice Mustapha Akanbi.

He blamed Jonathan for the slow approach the administration has adopted in tackling the Boko Haram’s insurgency.

Obasanjo’ latest attack on the President is coming seven days after he rated Jonathan’s performance as below average.
